Vendor Fee & information
– There is a $30 vendor fee for a space at our pancake breakfast and Christmas market.
– There is a maximum of 1 table per vendor, as we have limited space in our Eardley school. ( Additional tables can be purchased for an additional $30. )
– Vendors are responsible for bringing their own 6ft table and tablecloth to display their products or services.
Vendor Obligations / Event infomation
– If you’re selected as a vendor, we will contact you by November 12th to collect a payment, due by November 16th. The vendor fee is non-refundable. Failure to send payment by the due date will result in a loss of space in the market. We will use the information provided below to advertise your business on our website, flyers, and social media posts.
– As this is a fundraiser for Eardley Elementary children, we are requesting an item from your table to be raffled off during the market. This will be collected during setup by one of our volunteers. Please be sure to advertise your business on the donated item. ( i.e. Business cards, etc. )
– Duplicate or similar vendors ( i.e direct sales companies.) we will reply on a first-come-first-serve basis.
– Eardley Home & School is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Each vendor is responsible for their table and merchandise.
